- Passport, valid for 9 months at the time of application and with at least 2 blank pages.
- Completed application form (see link below).
- 1 recent passport size photograph, glued to the application form.
- Original letter from applicant's employer addressed to The Consular Section, Embassy of Angola, 22 Dorset Street, London W1U 6QY. This must confirm the applicant's employment and include the following details

a) full name
b) nationality
c) date of birth
d) place of birth
e) passport number
f) passport issue date
g) passport expiry date
h) job title
i) entry & exit dates.

- Original (OR colour copy of) letter of invitation from Angolan company, addressed to Secção Consular, Embaixada de Angola, 22 Dorset Street, London W1U 6QY, and requesting the visa. This letter must be written in Portuguese on company letter-headed paper, accept financial responsibility for the visit and include the following details

a) full name
b) nationality
c) date of birth
d) place of birth
e) passport number
f) passport issue date
g) passport expiry date
h) job title
h) current employer
j) project in Angola
k) purpose of travel.

- Itinerary ie flight bookings.
- Colour copy of most recent 2 months bank statements.
