REQUIREMENTS

- Visa application form.

- A recent passport sized photograph. This must be glued to application form.

- A valid passport. This must be valid for at least 3 months after the expiry date of the Azerbaijani visa and have two blank pages facing each other.

- Hotel Confirmation. The hotel should apply for a visa on your behalf in Baku with the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Azerbaijan, then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs need to send the visa confirmation to the embassy in the UK.

- Non UK passport holders must provide a copy of two recent bank/credit card statements and/or utility bills from two different suppliers showing the applicant's name and current UK address.
